Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental differences. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, following therapy plans created by supervising BCBAs, and report progress to families.

Training is provided to help you earn your RBT certification, with opportunities for ongoing supervision and career growth. We offer competitive pay ($22–$30/hour), paid training, weekly PTO from day one, and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• ABA knowledge and willingness to learn are valued.

As part of our clinic ABA team, you'll work directly with the children in the center and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.
