The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in the Phoenix area. You will work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, following therapy plans created by a supervising BCBA, while tracking progress and communicating with families.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• RBT certification or willingness to earn it is preferred.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children and families.

As part of our clinic ABA team, you'll work directly with the children in the center and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children. ABA experience is a plus! You must have a high school diploma or GED.
