About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for:
Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data to track progress
Collaborating with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Maintaining accurate records and reports to track client progress
Communicating with parents and caregivers to provide updates and recommendations
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with clients with ASD in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, in-home, and community-based environments
Implement behavioral interventions, including positive reinforcement and behavioral skills training
Collect and record data to track client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certification and improve skills
