Job summary

Elevation Autism Center in Norcross, GA seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children ages 1-6 in a center-based ABA setting. You will help build communication, independence, social skills, and play through structured, evidence-based strategies.

No prior experience? We’ll support you in earning RBT certification while you contribute to meaningful progress and rewarding outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Patience and dependable presence to work with young children.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA therapy.
• RBT certification is preferred, with support to earn it.
• Nails must be ≤¼ inch past fingertips for safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs for child safety.

Monday - Friday, 8:20am - 4:10pm

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1-6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play.

No experience? No problem. Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had!

Fun fact: at Elevation, "client cancellation" does not mean "surprise unpaid day." We guarantee full-time hours and do not reduce your pay rate for admin time.
