Elevation Autism Center in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 in a center setting. The role emphasizes building communication, play, and daily living skills under a supervising BCBA.

No experience is required; training is provided. Guaranteed full-time hours (35+ per week) with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:20 AM – 4:10 PM), and a pathway for career growth into leadership and BCBA roles.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1‑on‑1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life‑changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play.

No experience? No problem. Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had!

Fun fact: at Elevation, “client cancellation” does not mean “surprise unpaid day.” We guarantee full‑time hours and do not reduce your pay rate for admin time.
