Position Overview

SCI RBTs provide direct 1:1 home-based therapy to children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, including some evenings.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification from BACB
  • Valid driver’s license, CPR and First Aid certified

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of autism assessment tools, child development, and positive behavior support plans
  • Experience with ABA methods and discrete trial training
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respect cultural diversity
  • Basic computer skills
