Budding Futures ABA in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Communicate consistently with supervising BCBAs and care team.
• Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive presence with families.
