Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Englewood, CO to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; start date is immediate; full-time position with reliable daytime hours.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma required; higher degrees optional.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn from demonstrations
