Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Job Description

Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician implements ABA services to clients as written by the supervising BCBA.

Essential Functions
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community environments.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
  • Data collection and session note submission according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Maintain an active RBT certification; inactive certifications will lead to removal from client cases until re-certified.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Employment Details
  • Part-time, Variable employee, Non-Exempt.
  • Engagement with a client is defined as rendering direct services and converting appointments to timesheets.
  • Employees must request additional case assignments if cases are concluded or hours are reduced.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • In-home services respecting client’s home and materials.
  • Sitting, playing, lifting, and running as needed.
