Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work in home or school environments with flexible hours and support for career growth.

Responsibilities include direct ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, data collection, and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
