What You Will Do

• Follow treatment plans tailored to each child
• Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
• Assist children with essential life skills such as motor skills, hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive difference in a child's life

Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For

• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Ability to frequently get up/down from the floor and move quickly
• Comfort with learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
• Interest in afternoon hours: 8a-1p, 9a-2p, or 8a-5p; some positions may include weekend options
• Active RBT certification through the BACB
