What You Will Do

• Follow treatment plans tailored to each child
• Observe, play, and collect data for progress notes
• Help children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive impact in a child's life

Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For

• Energetic, playful, creative, and adaptable
• Ability to get up and down off the floor quickly
• Comfortable with technology and data collection software, Microsoft Office 365
• Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
• Interest in afternoon hours (e.g., 8am-1pm, 9am-2pm, 8am-5pm) and weekends
• Active RBT certification through BACB
