Responsibilities
- Follow individualized treatment plans for children
- Observe, play, and collect data to document progress
- Assist children in developing essential life skills such as motor skills, hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
- Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a meaningful difference in children's lives
Desired Skills and Qualities
- Energetic, playful, creative, and adaptable
- Ability to frequently get up/down from the floor and move quickly
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to learn, work independently, and deliver high-quality care
- Interested in afternoon hours (e.g., 8 am-1 pm, 9 am-2 pm, or 8 am-5 pm); some positions may include weekend options
- Active RBT certification through BACB
