Immediate part-time positions available to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. This role is both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment plans for children
• Observe, play, and collect data to document progress
• Assist children in developing essential life skills such as motor skills, hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a meaningful difference in children's lives

Desired Skills and Qualities

• Energetic, playful, creative, and adaptable
• Ability to frequently get up/down from the floor and move quickly
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and deliver high-quality care
• Interested in afternoon hours (e.g., 8 am-1 pm, 9 am-2 pm, or 8 am-5 pm); some positions may include weekend options
• Active RBT certification through BACB
