Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children across home, school, and community settings with 1:1 sessions. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors, while maintaining your RBT certification.

In this in-person role, you will use CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans, participate in ongoing professional development, and collaborate with BCBA guidance to support

• CPR certification required.
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.
