Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children and families in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, collect accurate data, track progress, and communicate learner updates with families and supervisors. Ongoing training and BCBA-guided support are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.

• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
