Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community locations, implementing skill-building plans and recording session data.

No experience? Paid training is provided. Part-time positions with flexible schedules and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling programs are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before starting.
• Experience with ABA/Autism or behavioral health is helpful.
• Strong patience and ability to work with children in home settings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to families' needs.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.
