Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record session data, all while supporting families and clients in home or community settings.

High school diploma or equivalent.
A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and a calm presence - even in challenging moments.
RBT certification (required before starting).
Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations.
All positions start part-time.
We're looking for people ready to commit to 6 months of changing our clients' lives.
