Job summary

The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) seeks compassionate RBTs to provide ABA therapy in home and clinic settings, under BCBA supervision. You will support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.

• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
