Your Role As An RBT

• Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in the clinic setting
• Collect data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Work closely with caregivers and team members to ensure consistency
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured environment for each client
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to our Raeford, NC Clinic
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician preferred
• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic clinic team
