Job summary

Great Gains ABA in Crestview, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-led team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics while supporting data collection and progress reporting.

This role offers flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for certification assistance, with the potential for career advancement in a supportive, child-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Able to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
