Job summary

Heartland ABA in State Center, IA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and hands-on training.

You will work with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans, collect data, and support families. RBT certification required before work; no experience? paid training provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Experience with children with Autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
