Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism gain independence.

You will join a collaborative clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record session data while supporting families. A current RBT certification is required with strong patience and compassion; paid training is provided, and a six-month commitment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Desire to help children with Autism and support families.
