About Connect n Care

We are a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing ABA services. Our mission is to help individuals on the Autism Spectrum lead independent, healthy lives. Our team of BCBAs and RBTs develop comprehensive treatment plans to improve social, communication, adaptive, and behavioral skills. We aim to serve clients of all ages and backgrounds, creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Position Details

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings
  • Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Implement behavior plans and collect data
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers
  • Address areas such as language, social skills, daily living, and behavior reduction
Requirements
  • Willing to travel to client locations
  • Experience working with children or related fields
  • Related experience includes working with children, autism, disabilities, paraprofessional roles, early childhood, childcare, etc.
  • Related fields: education, healthcare, support roles
  • Preferably have or obtain RBT certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Complete RBT training within 30 days if not already certified
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license
  • Pass background and child abuse clearance
