Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours, with a caseload aligned to your availability.
A strong emphasis on data collection and collaboration with BCBA supervisors guides daily activities. The ideal candidate has 6 months of relevant experience, an RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification, and a willingness to obtain ongoing training.
Location: Multiple cities in Contra Costa County
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 2-8pm. Must have afternoon and evening availability.
Work Setting: In-home or In-clinic
Compensation: $24–$25 per hour
