Registered Behavior Technician - Brentwood, CA

Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at A.G.E.S Learning Solutions in Brentwood, CA. Since 2008, we have been dedicated to serving families, schools, and homes across the Greater Bay Area by providing analytical-based, goal-driven programs that empower our team and support our clients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by BCBA or licensed professionals.
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to teach and reinforce skills.
  • Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred: ABA or childcare experience.
  • Valid driver’s license, TB test, and background clearance.
  • Interest in human behavior and evidence-based treatment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
