Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC provides ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will deliver 1:1 ABA under BCBA guidance, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting data and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and previous experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring travel between client locations.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.
• RBT certification required or in progress with plan to obtain within four months.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.

What You Bring & Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and previous experience working with autism/developmental disabilities required.

If You Are an RBT:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.

If You Are a BT (Not an RBT Yet...No Problem!):

• RBT certification is required within the first four months of employment.
• Hand Over Hand will provide support and guidance toward obtaining RBT certification.
• Receive an increase in compensation after becoming RBT certified.
