Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Hours: 15–20 per week

Job Type: Part-Time

Location: In-person – Various locations across Nassau & Suffolk County, NY

What You'll Do

As an RBT/Behavior Technician, you'll be part of a team making a real impact in the lives of children and families by:

• Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Assisting with caregiver training and family support
• Accurately documenting session notes, data, and progress reports
• Using iPads or computers to access treatment plans and submit time logs
• Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and all documentation standards
• Collaborating with supervisors and team members to support client success
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or schools
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfort with basic technology (e.g., email, apps, data tracking software)
  
  

Preferred:

• RBT certification (not required to apply – training provided)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus
• Flexibility to work after school, evenings, or weekends
  
  

Schedule Options:

• Choose your own hours
• After school, day shift, evening shift
• Monday through Friday
• Weekends as needed
  
  

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
