Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians / Autism Therapists to support children on the autism spectrum. With a high school diploma, you'll receive supported RBT training and hands-on coaching from day one, launching a meaningful career in behavioral health.

You’ll work one-on-one with children and families, follow individualized plans designed by a BCBA, track progress through session notes, and collaborate with your team.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit on the floor for extended sessions
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 35 miles between sessions
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
