Job summary

ABA Advantage in Chandler, AZ is seeking a part-time Behavioral Support Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children (ages 2–12). Initial hours are 10–15 per week with potential for more as clients onboard.

You will work with a BCBA and receive comprehensive training. Responsibilities include delivering therapy, implementing plans, and data collection while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (bachelor's degree in relevant fields is a plus).
• RBT certification within 90 days; training provided by the company.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation for in‑home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using ABA techniques for children with developmental disabilities.

Position Summary:

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will provide one‑on‑one therapy to children (ages 2‑12) with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, including a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and receive all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using ABA techniques to support children with their behavioral goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (bachelor's degree in relevant fields is a plus).
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle & auto insurance (policy holder or name listed as a driver on policy).
• Reliable transportation for in‑home sessions.
• Pass a background check.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days, all training provided.
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.

Pay:
