$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Join NoCal Behavioral Services, LLC (NCBS), a rapidly expanding nationwide provider of ABA services. We offer in-home, school-based, and community support to families across the United States. We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Job Description:

As an RBT at NCBS, you will implement individualized treatment plans crafted by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your focus will be on fostering language, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in engaging, play-based environments that motivate positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement tailored treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Teach and promote essential skills through interactive activities.
  • Collect and record data on client progress using our online database.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators for cohesive treatment approaches.
  • Maintain communication with clients, NCBS staff, and BCBAs.
Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred; candidates willing to pursue certification encouraged to apply (https://www.bacb.com/rbt/).
  • Some college or work experience required.
  • Experience with children, especially those on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental disabilities, preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check.
  • Willing to obtain BLS or CPR Certification.
  • Comfort working with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to seek guidance.
  • Proficient in computer skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated, creative, organized, dependable.
