The role involves direct intervention, data collection, and collaboration with the team to promote positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct intervention to clients.
• Collect data on client progress accurately.
• Assist with generalization of skills to natural environments.
• Participate actively in team meetings and supervision.
