Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client services under the supervision of a BCBA or BCBA-D. The role focuses on implementing ABA protocols with children and accurately collecting behavior data.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and an active RBT credential. This full-time position supports a behavioral health patient population and requires strong organization, communication, and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with behavioral assessment/treatment programs is a plus.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct client care utilizing ABA protocols under supervision.
• Communicates case-related activities with supervisors.
• Accurately collects behavior data during direct observations.
• Assists in monitoring and adjusting routine behavioral assessments and protocols.
• Uses safe handling and guidance procedures with clients.
• Completes daily assignments and attends required trainings.
