Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior serves children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, providing a BCBA-supervised ABA program in client homes and schools. The team focuses on individualized treatment, evidence-based ABA interventions, and ongoing professional development to ensure client progress.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs to adjust goals. RBT certification is preferred, and a strong teamwork mindset is required to support

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • RBT Certification preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelors in psychology, education, ABA or related field preferred.

  • Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA.
  • Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
  • Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
  • Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in ABA.
  • Collect data on client behaviors and write session notes within timelines.
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT Certification Preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass background check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
