Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is hiring individuals to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders through ABA-based therapy. You will implement individualized programs under supervision, collect data, and contribute to treatment goals in client homes or schools.

The role requires completing required education, RBT preferred, and strong teamwork and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification Preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
