Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding across Tennessee, seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You will work under BCBA supervision, supporting children and families to achieve meaningful goals and progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts with travel across Tennessee are available; competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications, plus training and development

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification registered on BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
