Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will implement individualized ABA programming under supervision, work directly with clients, and help advance treatment goals in home and school settings.

The role involves data collection, writing session notes, attending trainings, and staying current with best practices in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming under supervision by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients.
• Implement treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
• Apply ABA principles to promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using DTT and natural environment teaching; adapt as needed.
• Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices.
• Collect data and write session notes within required timelines.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
• Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• RBT Certification Preferred
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Must pass background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
