Epic Minds Therapy in Clayton, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions, monitor progress, and collect data under BCBA supervision.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, pays $20.00-$30.00 per hour, and emphasizes patient care, confidentiality under HIPAA, and collaboration with families and educational professionals to support daily living

Qualifications

In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your primary focus will be on providing patient care, conducting assessments, and collecting data to monitor progress. RBT Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health and special education
