Epic Minds Therapy in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.

In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your primary focus will be on providing patient care, conducting assessments, and collecting data to monitor progress.
