Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required; BCBA supervision may be provided.
• Experience with youth and families needing behavior management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies with direct therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Communicate progress with parents, caregivers, and administrators.
• Ensure child safety and manage transitions across service settings.
