Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Saint Charles, MO is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based ABA program.

You will deliver therapy under a BCBA, track progress with ABA technology, and prepare for RBT certification within 45 days. We offer career growth, benefits, and a pathway to BCBA with our Rise Scholarship program.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means:

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
• Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days

• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
