Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - $25.00-$30.00 Per Hour + Benefits - Vacaville, CA

Join Kreative Community Services (KCS) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves working directly with individuals to support their personal development, independence, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services to adults with disabilities.
• Assist with service and support needs.
• Monitor progress and ensure safety and health.
• Implement Service and Support Plans and behavioral interventions.
• Encourage expression of preferences and skill development.
• Maintain training and documentation (CPR, First Aid, etc.).
• Participate in training, team meetings, and supervision.
• Complete required paperwork and follow policies.
