Metrocare Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) programming for children with autism in clinic or home settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to support functional communication, socialization, and behavior reduction goals.
This role requires collaboration with families and clinical staff, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care and maintaining accurate session documentation in the electronic health record.

The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for the implementation of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) programming goals with children with Autism in a clinic-based environment or in-home environment, as assigned. The primary skill domains of clinical support for individuals served are functional communication training, socialization, and addressing challenging behaviors.
High School Diploma One (1) year of working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
Basic math skills required for this position.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to utilize Internet for resources.
