Job summary

DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with clients and families to implement individualized plans and help them reach meaningful milestones.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
• Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all client interactions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community locations.
• Must pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during each session.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
