Our program offers personalized interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that strive to support, celebrate, and empower the individuals we serve. Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

**Applicants without current RBT certification must be willing and able to obtain certification within 6 months of

hire.**

• First aid/CPR certification (American Red Cross or similar).
• QBS/Safety Care certification (Quality Behavior Solutions).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fingerprint and background check clearance.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States or provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
