Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team in Port Orange, FL. This full-time role focuses on delivering ABA services within a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic.

You will provide direct therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families to support skill development and ethical care in a collaborative, child-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism.
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations.
• Partner with families to encourage skill generalization.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment.

You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.
