Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for our pediatric team in Port Orange, FL. Join a multidisciplinary clinic offering ABA, PT, OT, and more to support children and families in a collaborative setting.

You will provide direct ABA therapy, implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans, and track progress with the supervising BCBA while partnering with families to generalize skills across environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with one-on-one work with children with autism.

Responsibilities

Join Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing pediatric team.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Your Role

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations
• Partner with families to encourage skill generalization
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA services
