Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions for elementary students at a Chester County public school. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing problematic behaviors.

You will support teachers with classroom management, collect data, and follow behavioral protocols. RBT certification is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Travel is not expected.
