Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Tempe, AZ. The RBT will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy plans, recording data on patient progress, and working closely with a team of therapists to execute behavioral interventions. Daily tasks will include supporting individuals in improving communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior through one-on-one and group sessions. The role requires collaboration with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
• Relevant certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
