Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Language Bridges ABA

Language Bridges ABA is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide the tools and support you need to excel in this rewarding role, all while advancing your career in psychology, education, or healthcare.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Work directly with children with autism, implementing engaging and effective therapy plans.
  2. Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced therapists and supervisors.
  3. Track progress and celebrate achievements alongside families.
  4. Commit to at least three days per week with flexible hours that suit your schedule.
  5. Provide reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
  6. Availability for in-person services within the Chantilly, VA area.
  7. Comfortable working in clients' homes.
