Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a dedicated RBT for a home-based case in Sullivan, IL, Monday through Friday, 4–6pm. This part-time role includes potential medical benefits for those who qualify and the opportunity to impact youth with developmental disabilities.

The candidate will implement ABA programs, provide 1:1 therapy, and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, maintaining confidentiality and tracking progress data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexible scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community environment.
• Implement goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
• Follow company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment


• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting


• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst


• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor


• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals


• Track client progress and program data


• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures


• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred


• Bachelor's Degree, preferred


• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population


• Valid Driver’s License


• Reliable transportation and insurance


• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs


• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
